Please help us maintain our desert grass by avoiding placing mats, rugs, or carpets on these areas. We will be happy to help you choose just the right site for your preferences and needs.
All vehicles must fit on your site. If you will have an oversized vehicle (extended cab, dually, etc.) that does not fit on your site, we will reserve a parking space for you at no additional cost.
All vehicles that do not fit on the site must be assigned a parking space in advance. Failure to secure a pre-assigned parking space could result in your needing to be parked off property.
All guests use the same stone steps to access the Virgin River.
* Two sites do not have a fire ring due to their proximity to the propane filling station.
